Business Development Rep Position at Growing, Social Impact Start-Up
CauseMatch is seeking a creative and data-driven Business Development Representative to drive interest amongst non-profits for our market-leading digital fundraising solutions. As a CauseMatch BDR you are the first point of contact for prospecting and qualifying potential clients to help build a full pipeline for our sales team. The ideal candidate has previous experience developing inbound marketing leads and creating new leads through innovative outreach.
As a CauseMatch BDR you must love selling and thrive in a competitive, merit-based environment. The role is largely phone based, so enjoying to work on the phone is an absolute must. You are a great relationship builder and problem solver with a hunter mentality and will be the voice of CauseMatch as we execute and explore new channels of acquiring business. Most importantly, this is a sales role with real meaning and the ability to make a big social impact.
