The Customer Success Manager ensures nonprofit clients gain maximum value from our platform. You’ll be responsible for managing fundraising campaigns, identifying expansion opportunities, handling renewals, and building strong client relationships. This role will require achieving quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term.
Fundraising Campaigns:
Design and implement campaigns, boost donor engagement, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
Account Expansion:
Identify new feature opportunities, conduct regular check-ins, and collaborate with sales and product teams to grow accounts.
Achieve Renewal Quotas:
Manage contract renewals, present value propositions, and track interactions in the CRM. Responsibilities include:
Client Support:
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and advocate for client feedback internally. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
