The position:

 

As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for relationship building and managing client's fundraising campaigns. A fundraising campaign is one big project with many moving parts, and as a Customer Success Manager you will make sure that all aspects of the campaign are moving forward efficiently and smoothly. This includes: campaign set-up, nonprofit marketing production and campaign technical requirements based-on predefined specifications, as well as providing customer support and assistance with effective use and engagement of the CauseMatch platform. 

 

A Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients are successful and satisfied with CauseMatch and have an excellent experience using our platform. 

As part of your job you will coordinate between the client and the whole CauseMatch team from creative to content, to development, and more. Your feedback and client insights will be heard and highly valued, you will observe patterns and suggest possible solutions for feature implementation and operational improvements to reduce complexity and improve user experience. 

 

The ideal candidate is seeking an exciting position at a “social impact” start up with an opportunity for growth and advancement.

 

Your day-to-day:

  • Project management/coordination
  • Customer Support - both clients and donors - via email and phone 
  • Work U.S. hours (3pm-12am Israel time)
  • Make sure that campaigns are ready to be launched on time 
  • Work with the international team on various projects and campaigns, including Product team, Coaches, Tech Support and Campaign Manger teams. 
  • Provide feedback to help us constantly improve our services
  • Flexibility with working hours 

Your Skills: 

  • 1-2 years client management or project management experience.
  • Pumped to join a growing start-up and willing to hustle 
  • Must have native English - both speaking and writing skills
  • Profound understanding of technology and the ability to understand the synchronization process between different services
  • Enjoys talking to people and helping them 
  • Familiar in working with MS Office applications and Google Apps
  • Cultural fluency, the knowledge of American culture with emphasis on the Jewish community.
