The position:
As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for relationship building and managing clients' fundraising campaigns. A fundraising campaign is one big project with many moving parts, and as a Customer Success Manager you will make sure that all aspects of the campaign are moving forward efficiently and smoothly. This includes: campaign set-up, nonprofit marketing production and campaign technical requirements based-on predefined specifications, as well as providing customer support and assistance with effective use and engagement of the CauseMatch platform.
A Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients are successful and satisfied with CauseMatch and have an excellent experience using our platform.
As part of your job you will coordinate between the client and the whole CauseMatch team from creative to content, to development, and more. Your feedback and client insights will be heard and highly valued, you will observe patterns and suggest possible solutions for feature implementation and operational improvements to reduce complexity and improve user experience.
