The Role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations & AI Systems to own the operational backbone of CauseMatch: our systems, bizops, our data infrastructure, our marketing operations, and the AI-powered automation layer that ties it all together. This role will report to the CEO of CauseMatch. Ideally, you have managed people in the past and now you are excited to manage AI Agents and help drive the company.

This is a leadership and hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and reaches for AI as a first instinct. There will also be hands-on project management. You will own CRM strategy and architecture, marketing operations, sales and BDR enablement, partner Ops and finance operations tooling. The thread that runs through all of it: using AI to build scalable systems that eliminate manual effort, surface insights automatically, and give a small team the operating leverage of a much larger one.

What You Will Own

  • AI systems and automation across every department. You will design workflows, deploy agents, and wire AI into the full tech stack so a small team operates with the leverage of one 5x its size. Your default question for any process: "Why isn't AI doing this?"
  • CRM architecture, data infrastructure, and revenue operations. HubSpot strategy, pipeline design, lead scoring, sales and BDR enablement, and clean reporting that leadership acts on.
  • Marketing, Finance and Partner operations. Content pipelines, newsletters, webinars, product launches, and conference logistics, powered by AI wherever possible. Finance operations visibility. Streamline reporting, build dashboards, and surface insights without anyone having to ask.
  • Tech stack and business systems. Manage, optimize, and ruthlessly simplify 10+ tools, replacing legacy software with AI-native alternatives. Own integrations, automations, onboarding, and day-to-day reliability.

 

Who You Are

  • You have 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
  • You are AI-fluent. You use AI tools daily, not as a novelty but as a core part of how you work. You have built workflows, automations, or tools using Claude Code , and you can articulate what worked and what did not.
  • You know HubSpot deeply: custom objects, workflows, reporting, integrations. CRM architecture is second nature to you.
  • You are fluent in automation tools (Zapier, Make, or equivalent) and can build reliable, maintainable workflows, ideally with AI components embedded.
  • You are comfortable managing a tech stack of 10+ tools and making smart decisions about what stays, what goes, and what gets replaced by an AI-native alternative.
  • You think about systems before tasks. Your instinct is to automate, standardize, and document.
  • You can talk to a salesperson about their lead flow, a marketer about their newsletter pipeline, and a finance lead about their reporting needs, all in the same day, and translate each conversation into operational improvements powered by the right tools and AI.
