CauseMatch is seeking an Israeli Technical Customer Success Agent to empower nonprofits to plan, craft, and execute smart, data-driven online fundraising campaings using the CauseMatch technology. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with an understanding of operational efficiencies and familiar with the non-profit landscape. You are the human face of our brand once a sale is closed and enable our non-profit’s digital crowdfunding campaign success from start to finish, always providing nothing less than an excellent client experience.
For each client you work with — you will apply your technical expertise and organizational guidance to assist in the most effective use and engagement of the CauseMatch platform, always aligning with a nonprofit’s unique campaign goals. This includes creating the page, preparing email templates, problem solving throughout the process of planning, and customer support. The Technical Customer Success Agent facilitates between the nonprofit and the CauseMatch Customer Success Team to ensure project plans are on track and client campaigns are fully ready by launch date.
