CauseMatch is seeking an Israeli Technical Customer Success Agent to empower nonprofits to plan, craft, and execute smart, data-driven online fundraising campaings using the CauseMatch technology. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with an understanding of operational efficiencies and familiar with the non-profit landscape. You are the human face of our brand once a sale is closed and enable our non-profit’s digital crowdfunding campaign success from start to finish, always providing nothing less than an excellent client experience.


For each client you work with — you will apply your technical expertise and organizational guidance to assist in the most effective use and engagement of the CauseMatch platform, always aligning with a nonprofit’s unique campaign goals. This includes creating the page, preparing email templates, problem solving throughout the process of planning, and customer support. The Technical Customer Success Agent facilitates between the nonprofit and the CauseMatch Customer Success Team to ensure project plans are on track and client campaigns are fully ready by launch date. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Bring humaness and emotional intelligence to the campaign planning process
  • Provide excellent customer guidance and support to both clients and donors
  • Provide strategy and guidance to clients based on CauseMatch technology and digital fundraising best practice
  • Be diligent in email coordination between the client’s team and ours
  • Build campaign project plans and ensure the timely fulfillment of each phase of that project plan 
  • Set up of all technical campaign aspects including: campaign pages, email templates, and digital marketing pieces
  • Work with CauseMatch headquarters and our technology development team to provide feedback and constantly improve our process and services



WHO YOU ARE:

  • Loves nonprofits and wants to change the world
  • Deals with change easily and is flexible
  • Pumped to join a growing start-up as first 20 team members and willing to hustle
  • Past experience with MS Office applications and Photoshop
  • Familiar with MailChimp and/or other email marketing services
  • Technically inclined 
  • Past experience with WordPress is preferred
  • People-person, friendly and warm
  • Must be fluent in both English and Hebrew – written and verbal
  • Independently motivated and happy to work on own projects, a self-starter
  • Flexible working hours
